One of my favorites is a turkey burger. Costco's frozen turkey burger has 200 calories with 35 grams of protein. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato, and a little mayo and it totals about 400 calories. That leaves plenty of calories for a salad or side of vegetables.

My weight has finally dropped below 200 for the first time in years! 6 months ago I wouldn't have thought that was possible to achieve.

I have them on my belly and chest from pregnancy and fast weight gain. They've faded over time and are now barely noticeable.

Yesterday I wore a size 16 dress slacks to work. I haven't fit into that size in about 8 years. :smile:

There's an obvious difference- your face and neck look much thinner in the first picture. You look great! Maybe your friend is so use to seeing you that she hasn't noticed the gradual change?

This is kind of what I do... my breakfast generally stays the same, than I figure out what's for dinner and the remainder of the days calories go to lunch.

I eat about 1200 calories a day and try to reserve 600 - 650 cals for dinner and a small evening snack. I helps to plan meals early in the day or the night before.

I have no idea how you're going to decide with so many different opinions! With that said I like #5 the best. The fabric and neckline draw my eye upward to your face. Good luck! BTW, Your arms look fine. Wear them bare if you want to!

It doesn't matter what the scale looks like as long as it works! And yeah, good food is expensive, but being healthy is cheaper in the long run. My husband is on MFP too and I can't wait til he can ditch his blood pressure and high cholesterol meds. BTW, after getting a digital scale I realized I was underestimating…

You can add me. I joined 55 days ago, log daily and I don't plan to stop anytime soon since I still have 60+ lbs to lose. I walk or ride a stationary bike 5-7 days a week and have begun lifting weights, (but not heavy... YET.)

Have you actually tested yourself for Diastasis Recti? There are certain abdominal exercises that can be done to improve the condition.
