up at 4:30, and go to bed between 10-11 depending on the night. on the weekends get up about 6:30 to bed at 11:00 everyone in my house is a early bird.

When I started it was 2 weeks before I lost anything. I am also loosing inches not pounds but I can tell in the way that my clothes are fiting, If you are loosing either way it is a plus. Good job on your 8 lbs.:bigsmile:

yummy... that beats the cup cakes i made a couple weeks ago they were 286 calories not counting the frosting. Thank going to try this one out.:drinker:

I drink alot of water now but evey once in a while i have a pibb zero or a diet soda, instant nestea is also 0 cal.. try some of them.

Mine was when my weight whould start changing day to day:brokenheart: . I went shopping and had to go to the big girl section:sad: I did not know what to think..
