Someone HELP!!!

OK I have been doing this for 2 weeks tomarrow and I am not loosing weight...

I have been tracking all my cal.
I have been recording all my excercises.

I do a walking DVD for 40 min. a day and I started to walk the dog every day, and if I can get my husband to go for a walk at night we do that too..

Am I not tracking my exercise right do I put it under walking or areobics?
Will someone HELP?

    Need a bit more info, if you could open your food diary to the public we could offer some suggestions :smile:

    Without being able to see your diary, it's hard to give our opinions. The main culprits are sodium, too many calories, too few calories, not enough water and a bunch of others. Two weeks isn't a long time, but opening up your diary could help if there is a specific reason.
