OK I have been doing this for 2 weeks tomarrow and I am not loosing weight...
I have been tracking all my cal.
I have been recording all my excercises.
I do a walking DVD for 40 min. a day and I started to walk the dog every day, and if I can get my husband to go for a walk at night we do that too..
Am I not tracking my exercise right do I put it under walking or areobics?
Will someone HELP?

Need a bit more info, if you could open your food diary to the public we could offer some suggestions0

Without being able to see your diary, it's hard to give our opinions. The main culprits are sodium, too many calories, too few calories, not enough water and a bunch of others. Two weeks isn't a long time, but opening up your diary could help if there is a specific reason.0
