Well. Im not an expert but I honestly believe it has to be a lifestyle change. Okay..so last night I stuffed Chicken Breasts with Fat Free Cream Cheese and Jalepenos. It was amazing. I am thinking about adding Sun-dried tomatoes...however not sure where to find those or what else I could add. Thinking maybe spinach but not sure how you would approach that...Any suggestions on that or ways to use…

While Im definately not an expert, I was under the impression you should work out after you eat because your body continues to burn calories after your exercise. Hope that helps and if Im wrong atleast it will bump your topic and someone else can answer! Best of luck on your journey!

I understand how you feel but I heard once you have to lose atleast 15 lbs before you begin to notice a difference. Not sure if thats true or not but I have completed my first week of cardo and counting calories and am down 8.2 lbs in one week. Dont feel bad, I dont feel or look any different either!
