Hi I'm a morning work out person too. I wake up and drink (yes drink) 8 ounces of egg whites, once I am done I then follow up with a protein shake. It works for me :) hope this helps

have you tried a low carb high proteint high fiber diet? I looked into you diary and your protein is really low try it, it may work :)

keep vapor rub at your desk, I am in the same boat as you. It sucks and i find that a quick wiff of the vapor rub blocks out the wonderful McDonald smell that I encounter every day!!! I keep a little round tin of Vicks at my desk

Hi :) so i have a question for you if your taking any. So whats the deal with drinking egg whites? I just started (I'm on day 3) and it helps with the hungry issue but I was told it also helps you firm up too.

turykey chilli :) ground turkey, black beans, jared salsa, and a chilli seasoning packet put it all in and in a couple hours you have a great meal :) i add garlic and onino but its up to you

i use to have the same problem i drink two glasses of water at least 30 mins before i run and since then i havent felt like that

I make my shake with water no soy, and instead of the protein i use three scoops of the shake it give you more protein less cal's and is cheaper and it tastes even better (thats the way the herbalife nutrition clubs make it) hope it helps love HBL :)

hi me too, my daughter is 19 months old. I gained 80lb with her because i thought that i could just eat what ever i want. As of today i have 6lb left to loose to be at the weight i was when i first found out i was expecting.

congrats! this is truely amazing I am definately going to jump back on my bike, i gave it up and started to run because i didn't think it was doining anything for me. Man was i wrong!! good luck on the last 25lb :happy:

try boneless skinless chicken leg meat its almost as healthy and easy to cook.
