Well as far as grams go, I know 100 grams of cooked rotini equals about 157 calories. ( I cook mine at the longest setting on the box). I took the calories of the whole box of pasta and then just divided by the weight of all the pasta when it was done cooking and came up with that. It ended up being over double the size!…

I forget what kind of kale I used, but I really love if it's just boiled, and then you take some thick crusty bread, toast it, add the kale (drained) with some sharp cheese melted on it, and a poached egg (or over easy if you're lazy like me). It's soooo good.

Celery is great added to pretty much any Asian stir fry. If you like celery you might like celery kinpira. Dice it and add it to salads? Also if you wrap your celery in a paper towel and put it back in the bag that'll make it last a little longer.

I went out to Baberitos for the first time since starting on MFP. I thought I was doing great because I got a small tortilla without sour cream and guacamole, but when I looked it up at home it was over a 1,000 cals!! Definitely blew my day. Oh man, my sister and I are absolutely addicted to roasted seaweed. We usually buy 2 or 3 bags of it from the Asian grocery. Walmart also carries the Gimme brand in cheddar cheese flavor and honey Dijon. Those are a little weird, but also strangely addictive.
