Help with dry falafels?

I tried making falafels for the first time tonight and they turned out great flavor-wise, but they were a lot drier than I liked. Does anyone have any tips for making a moister falafel?
I used this recipe for the ingredients: http://theshiksa.com/2011/01/05/falafel/
But I baked it using this recipe's method: http://www.lifeasastrawberry.com/baked-falafel/
I also used dried parsley instead of fresh and I let the chickpeas soak a lot longer than the recipe called for. I don't think that would really effect it though.

I would reduce the flour if you chose to use the dry chick peas.
ETA: Canned chick peas although less authentic, would result in a less dry batch.0 -
