  • Man. I get it. Consistency is really hard. I'm spot on 6am-6pm. All my slips happen in a 4 hour time block. I thinks it's important you're talking about it. And I think it's a big deal you're still hitting your goals. Maybe figuring out a way to add beer into your plan? I'm not really an advice giver so take that with a…
  • Ive had counseling and it's been very helpful. I learned that my esteem and happiness didn't have anything to do with how I looked and that I could find contentment at any weight. I can honestly say I love myself now and I'm happy with who I am. My worth as a person is no longer connected to how much I weigh. I still…
  • Great job. I have a similar story. Lost 100 pounds in my freshman year of college. Rugby was a sport I picked up in collegeI and loved. It helped me stay fit and reminded me somewhat of football. Most colleges have a club, check it out. Congrats and good luck in college!
  • I'd like to participate. Elves for sure
  • Hi you two. I just started IIFYM and would love some support. I'm 35, life long competitive athlete. I'm very fit, but quite a bit over fat. 27% body fat. I'm trying to lose some body fat, slowly and IIFYM just makes good sense to me.

  • Good for you for catching it early! I'm on my third round of weight loss because I allowed myself to slip into old habits. I love the motivation. I can relate to all of the benefits you listed. Good luck. I need some motivation too. Consistency is the key for me.
  • Well, it just let me join. So that answers that question. Looking forward to it!!!
  • I'm already in two. Do you know how many you can do at once? Also- did you win any or get paid out at the end? If I can do another one I will though. I'm really excited about the concept.

  • Sorry I'm late. I was on vacation in N. Idaho and there wasn't any wifi. Starting weight is 264. I'm pretty bummed about it. I was 261 when I left. 3lbs gain in 7 days. I didn't even feel like I did that bad. My goal is to weight 190 by the end of 214.
  • Thanks for your post. I loved seeing your timeline. Everyone else's responses were great as well. I've yo yo'd for about 15 years. When I was 18 I lost 100lbs, gained 40 back, lost 40, gained 115 back, lost 115. Now I've gained 65 back. I'm also worried about my health. My family is mostly overweight and sick. I'd love to…
