Didn't realize I needed a bar and a chair for this one. Great. You'd think everyone has a chair right? All of ours have wheels on the bottom. Dammit! :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: I'm going to do level 2 again...with 8 pound weights.

Thanks for the input. I haven't increased my fiber or fruit/veg intake. The only thing that has changed in my diet is the B12. Maybe I'm just a weirdo.
