Forgive me for staring this early. People are always asking me IF there will be a next month Challenge. I will be away and not have internet service until Oct 3rd. SO THIS IS YOUR OCTOBER 2018 start/challenge!
The Challenge is too 'MOVE'.....you pick your mode of exercise and then come and log progress as often. Choose a GOAL of how many steps or miles you want too reach...
MY personal goal will be walking. My goal is too walk 110 miles in October.

Thank you for starting this! My goal is 31 miles for the month, one mile per day and to also start C25K - I know I will have to repeat weeks, but I want to complete week 2 by the end of the month.5

Hi all! My goal for the month is to accomplish at least 155,000 steps in October. Wish me luck!5

I can commit to 15 miinutes per day to start. I have several conditions that cause chronic pain so I will walk slowly and carefully. My hope is that as the month progresses I will build stamina and maybe make it up to 30 minutes by month's end.6

I'm in! I would like to walk at least 8,000 steps everyday. Yesterday I did a little over 10,000 and so far today(it's 2pm where I live) I'm at 5,601 💪 lets do this!!! Lol5

I'd like to join. I'm a walker, not a runner, so this will be perfect for me. My step goal is 8,000/day. I also try to walk 1-3 miles each day. This commitment will be my motivator to make sure I'm out and about every day!3

WOW more new people! THANKS FOR JOINING OUR FORUM....As U can see I'm home now..Was a wonderful time away. I was a bit short on last months goal...HOWEVER I am up and running (lol) ok walking....

Goal is to run 120 kilometers in October. 6k of interval training so far; tomorrow is a recovery run day.3 -
Off to a good start for my first day in this challenge. Early morning boot camp (boxing) with running in between workouts. Camp is at one of 3 locations, today was at the local high school stadium, working out under the stars, ran a couple miles total on the track around the football field. Racked up 3,310 steps. Will go to the gym later this morning with hubby.4
