No runs or boxing today or yesterday, 'just' walks s I have a bit of a niggle in my knee.
I also started one of the Adriene yoga 30day things again and done it for 5 days in a row, yay!

I'm in! My goal is to do an extra 2km walk in week 1, then 3kms, 4kms and 5kms in Weeks 2,3 and 4. The extra calories used will be handy to improve my weight loss
I have completed my 2km walk today.
Update-I have now completed my Week 2 goal of an additional 3km walk. I even jogged the middle 1 km

I surpassed my goal..I walked 89.37 miles for October
I am so happy!! Now for November ..gonna be hard...have friends coming from overseas...need to keep my alcohol intake to a minimum...help lol
