    No runs or boxing today or yesterday, 'just' walks s I have a bit of a niggle in my knee.
    I also started one of the Adriene yoga 30day things again and done it for 5 days in a row, yay!

    I'm in! My goal is to do an extra 2km walk in week 1, then 3kms, 4kms and 5kms in Weeks 2,3 and 4. The extra calories used will be handy to improve my weight loss :) I have completed my 2km walk today.

    Update-I have now completed my Week 2 goal of an additional 3km walk. I even jogged the middle 1 km

    FYI Just too let everyon know I will be away thru the rest of the month and maybe a few days into November. Many of you aske me IF we will have a challenge the next month. For those of you who are new and don't know me very well I will say YES we will do it next month. I've been doing these challenges for many years now. However sometimes I have too start the next months early. THIS MONTH will be such.     Pretty consistent the last 3 months since my husband has been home from the hospital ... right around the 24/25 hour point. Maybe I'll get a bit more exercise in this month.

    Today was a rest day, so no distance to report. I have 7k planned for tomorrow, so I will do a wrap up post.

    Finished up with 10.5k on 10/28; 7k on 10/29; rest day on 10/30; and 7k on 10/31. Made 163k for the month; exceeded my goal of 120k. Challenge successful!

    I surpassed my goal..I walked 89.37 miles for October :):) I am so happy!! Now for November ..gonna be hard...have friends coming from overseas...need to keep my alcohol intake to a minimum...help lol
