Hello, I make spaghetti squash and sub it in for pasta noodles. It is amazingly versatile and strong, almost like a noodle. Then I use fresh veggies, chicken, tomato sauce whatever you would use in a regular pasta dish. You can get really creative and it is sooooo low in calories compared to regular noodles.

I can be good all day and....WHAM....evening hits and it's like a part of my brain switches over. Impulse control has always been an issue for me as I am also in recovery, from a pain pill addiction (clean 19 months).

I to am at 1200 cals/ day and yes it does seem low but it forces me to workout so I can eat more, but it doesn't mean 1200 is right for everyone.
