Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep last night has me grouchy and hungry! Does anyone else eat more on days they don't get enough sleep? If so, what do you do/how do you cope?

Yes! There have been studies done, I believe, and it's definitely a "thing" to feel hungrier when you don't get enough sleep. Exercise helps. And a nap, when you can

I always crave carbs on my tired days. It's not a coincidence, your body is craving energy. Try some protein. My son woke me up at 4:30 and working out was the last thing on my mind but I did it and am so glad. Sending good thoughts.

I deal with lack of sleep daily. Insomnia, shift work, and kids. I try to stay very hydrated and 10-20 min naps will do wonders if you can grab one or two in the day.

You ain't kidding. I've been a shift worker for years and it's partly why I blew up a bit several years ago. Lack of sleep screws with way too many things with the body (and mind)
