Please read I don't have a cheat of 7000 calories I can just about eat 1200 calories a day my diary will show u my cheat day was 1700 calories

Thank you for.looking could you tell me how I'm measuring them incorrectly? I put cleaning an walking as I can't find gym on there and I wear a stepper and fitness calculator daily to clock the calories I burn I don't use mfp fitness calculator for my work outs.

I study and work as a trainee midwife twice a week but on days I study I work out.an yes as I said I clock everything even how many steps I do a day!!

12 stone 5 27 5'4 Active daily I work out at least 450 calories a day.

No no lol I have totally confused people 7000 calories = 2 pound lol and that's what I gained!! But I never ate anything near that last Friday my treat day was 1700!! Think maybe I should delete my post and try again lol

No lol to gain 2 pounds I should have ate 7000 calories!! 3500 calories = 1 pound On a cheat day I eat around 1800 calories that'd including my net of 1200. Sorry I seem to have confused people

Only 2 pound but it's still shocking!! No honestly am accurate with everything I eat OCD when it comes to food measuring and logging it in. Not tiny am a UK size 12 no stomach but bum hips and legs is where I carry most my weight.

I weigh my food everything i eat and I log EVER THING due to me having issues with food!! I'm not eating anything other then what I log

I'm such a fussy eater so I do measure all my food as only certain foods I will eat such as rice which is not always the best so I tend to measure most things. I don't measure myself which maybe I should i tend to focus constantly on what the scales say feel like I just hit a brick wall all the time :-(.

I have a cheat day every Friday usually, but it's never over 7000 calories.i have opened my diary if that's any help :-)

This has made me think so much more positive today!! My treat day was yesterday I weighed today and as you guessed it I put 4 pound on gutted :-(!! But water is Guna save me as am drinking and drinking so thank you :-)

Yes of course and am greatful now I see that I need to just carry on with my 1lb a week and stick to bring healthy instead of the guilt and mind games my head likes to play!!! Mine is more mental y i sometimes push n push :-/ but everyone is wright stick to what am doing and stay healthy and maintain.

I'm glad you have pointed that out as iv never truly noticed my Net am I correct I saying that should be 1200?? I wouldn't starve myself on purpose I'm actually full and happy on the day my net was 700 why I hadn't noticed!!

People are always fast to judge I do not want a unhealthy way or a crash diet i want to do it the right way but lose a little ect a week!!!

Hi I'm also new to fitness pal! Am just wondering if anyone could help me?? I wanted to know if people have lost weight by just counting calories and not carbs or protein? Does it matter what I eat?
