Nice (clapping my hands for you), very nice. I too believe that it can be done. I was 206 lbs when I started in Jan/ 2011. I plan to lose slowly ( 1 to 1.5 pounds a week). You're correct, too much sodium is not healthy. I like the frozen meals; but some of them are packed with sodium! I try to eat no salt chips now. Thanks…
