^^^^^ Same here, I don't think I've ever been over the sugar allowance, but the only fruit I eat regularly are kiwi fruits for the vitamin C one fruit equals something like 106% DV at only approx. 50 calories.

If I have calories left at the end of the day I just leave it alone if I am not starving because there is going to be a day where I go over my calories and after a month or so it all evens out.

I say Mexican unless you are really into sashimi which is just the raw fish. Fajitas are so delicious. I can eat them without tortilla, rice, and beans. I would suggest you get only one carb item. Food scale is a must until you get so familiar with your ingredients that you can eyeball it, but in the beginning I highly recommend one.

I do cardio 4 times a week. 2.4 mile jog with hills and flat areas (almost like nature's built in interval training lol) on Tuesday. 45 min interval cardio on the elliptical Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

SS and 5x5 are both great. I recently did the 5x5 routine for a few months and loved it. I'm currently doing a rest-pause routine which keeps my hr up through the entire session. I'm also on bb.com with the same username. Good luck on your fitness goals.
