Great job! I have the same starting weight and hope to be where you are now someday. My major goal is 160. Did you just count calories or exercise as well?

Hi! I just saw your post on another page as well. Like others said its most likely water weight. If you are eating enough where you don't feel starved I think you are fine.

I have an app that tells me when to run and walk but I use Pandora for the music. I could look into the podcast and see how I like it though!

Thanks for the encouragement guys! I am going to look into the HRM sounds like something worth getting. I just figured out how to see what my sodium intake is this a.m so that is something I will be paying more attention to now.

I use to love tae bo when I was younger! I am glad that your getting more stamina to do the whole dvd that is awesome, I hope you get the results your looking for! I am about to start the 30 day shred by Jillian and am so afraid I won't be able to walk tomorrow.

Inches are what really matters not how many lbs the scale says! How hard was p90x on your knees? Mine are terrible I have been doing a crap ton of squats trying to strengthen them before trying out p90x.

This is absolutely amazing! Can you tell us what you did to achieve 25lbs in 30 days? I can't wait to get to the point where I can tell a difference between my before and after pics!

I also have PCOS and have noticed that since I cut down on bread and sugary drinks the weight has been pouring off! I still eat some bread but not nearly what I use to. I thought I couldn't survive without the carbs but I realize that if my goal is important enough to me (getting pregnant) then I will do whatever I have…
