Help, I am going crazy!

Hey guys I am having a very hard time lately! I feel like my diet has been good (minus my cheat days,but I don't go to over board) and I have been doing the 30 Day shred for 2 weeks now .. I haven't lost any weight at all. This is seriously depressing :( I feel like I am working very hard and getting nothing in return ... Blah!

  • This can be seriously frustrating, I feel you. But no matter how aggravated you get, keep going. Keep working out, keep eating healthy. Eventually, your body will cope with you. You'll be feeling like a million bucks before you know it. Don't let this slow you down. Your body is just fighting change, that's normal. Don't let the scale get you down - remember that working out, you are building muscle, which is heavier than fat. So you could be losing fat and gaining muscle. I'd recommend going by measuring tape rather than the scale - I personally hate the scale because of that, and measuring tape works much better for my motivation. Hope this helps. Keep your chin up. It will happen for you - don't give up.

    Are you measuring? You should try that. Sometimes if you don't lose weight you will still see inches come off as your body loses fat and gains muscle.

    Thanks guys! No I am not measuring but It seems that I need to I feel like I am starting to give myself a complex because of how often I am standing in the mirror hoping to see change...
