My journey from a size 26 to size 10 - thanks MFP!

In two weeks I will be 60 years old and will be in the best shape of my adult life. Two years ago I weighed in at 311 pounds and am so very close (3 pounds to go) of having lost half of me. I have gone from a size 26 womens pants to size 10. The 3XL tops have been replaced with size medium! The best part is that my weight has stabilized and the yo-yo weight gain/loss behavior is over.
Losing weight for me has been the result of a major attitude adjustment and a serious change in mindset. I'd lost weight twice before - both times more than 100 pounds. This time I changed my thinking, my tracking and my commitment. It is the first time that I have kept the weight off. As you will hear, I attributed a good portion of my success to MFP. If you know me you have had to listen to my testifying about MFP.
Consider my comments a public thank you to MFP and a testimony to how you can lose weight if you want to do so. MFP is one of the greatest enablers out there.
