Today, for the first time in a long time, I got up from my work desk and walked for 30 minutes during my "lunch break." It was excellent. Never realized how relaxing a 30-minute walk can be in the middle of my work day. It's easy on the joints, it helps you clear your mind, and (best of all) it's free! I do have a gym…

After/during: They're way baggy now, but haven't gotten new ones. Goal weight: 225 lbs. Haven't been there since probably 5th or 6th grade.
