Nope. I'm highly embarrassed about it so I don't tell. I just let him know how much it fluctuates when I weigh myself. He also doubles as my trainer/motivator.

Thank you all. The onset is so random lately that I can be reading and boom! I haven't talked to a doctor about it recently but I do need to call and make an appointment soon. You don't look chunky at all. You look great in you're profile pic. What does you're weekly gym routine look like? Right now I'm at about an hour 4-5 days a week. And maybe 10 minutes of 2-3 of those days is the elliptical at the end of my workout.

That's all I ever do lol I'll visit the elliptical for 10 minutes a few times a week to keep my boyfriend happy haha

I definitely do my cardio in a hiit fashion. But only 2-3 days a week. But we lift 5 days a week. Thanks! It's definitely become time we put aside together to bond while becoming healthier. Thank you for all the advice!

See I'm wanting gains plus shed fat. I lift 5 days and I incorporate some cardio in there 2 maybe 3 days. I love the feeling of full beast mode when lifting.

I totally get that. I have a 1.5 year old and he's running...EVERYWHERE! lol it definitely counts as cardio for sure

I have a 7 month old and a 5 year old. I'm wanting to lose 70 pounds. I just start going to the gym at least 3 times a week (I work with mentally handicapped adults and they have doctor orders for 30 minutes of exercise 4 days a week. So taking them to the gym makes it easier on me to actually get up and go). I'm excited…
