  • I have heard the same thing as well. My dr also had to throw in the word degenerative. I cant even remember the context it was used in (thinking joints). I am hoping that if I keep my mind to it that i can drop some LBS, older and degenerative and anything else I may be :)

  • I have that issue as well. I eat when I am bored and usually hunger is not involved. I havent found a good solution to it. The best I have is a 33.8 oz bottle of water that i keep refilling to hopefully tell my brain "YOU ARE NOT REALLY HUNGRY!" So far, its touch and go.

  • I had the WORST migraines constantly when I was trying the "no carb" thing. It was miserable. Now I am trying to keep the carbs (good ones whole grain), in moderation. Im fine now. :)
