Today was the first time I've done planks in over 2 years. I made it just over 2 minutes but only in a modified plank. But I'm in for 60 minutes and hopefully by the end of the month I'll be able to do at least 2 minutes in a non-modified plank.

I was able to climb between 2 rails on the pasture fence instead of having to climb over the fence or open the gate. I've never been able to do that since we built this fence!
