I weigh in every Friday morning. I stopped weighing in daily because there were days I did not lose anything. I have found that I lose about 1.5 to 2lbs per week on average.

Slim Fast is not a solution, just a quick fix. Eat correctly and exercise daily and you will get the results you need.

Turning 44 in a couple of months and feeling better than I have in ages!! Using my Fitbit Flex and tracking all my food daily has really helped me to stay focused. Lost 4 more lbs this week and even more motivated to keep trimming the fat!
