Been a busy week and was unable to work out on Friday and Saturday so only 4 workouts last week. Pleased with the loss and hope to keep it going! Hope everyone has a good week.4 -

Hi everyone, I hope all is well and peeople who are sick are getting better. I am still in OH but this weekend I will be returning to TN. I will try to be more active and more encouraging when I get home. Sorry for not being active this month, just had a lot of stuff I had to deal with and unfortunately this has affected my weight lose. We have the rest of this week and then a few days next. I hope everyone is doing good, staying hydrated, and stays with for March. Have a blessed day.0

@shockvalue07 I hope your starting to feel better! I love ALL my pets! 2 boxers, 1 cow dog, several barn kitties, 1 potbellied pig, 4 mini sheep, 1 mini goat, 1 milking goat, 1 mini horses and bunch of big horses! and my chickens and hugging Tom Turkey:) haha Loved your pet post! haha

Got 5 miles in on treadmill yesterday in 53 minutes and then an ab workout consisting of planks and various forms of leg lifts. First time I've gotten to 5 miles on my long distance day (Thursday), so I'm pretty happy about that. Hope everyone is having a great week!1

Way to go, I got five miles on a stationary bike yesterday. I went to the gym for the last time while staying with my dad. Boy am I going to miss it but I am planning on signing up at a gym back home. Hope you have a blessed weekend.0 -
