Down 20 lbs since January 3, 2014. Up 3 pounds from my lowest weight, but the holidays have definitely beaten me down this year regarding food. However, I know how to lose it and plan on it plus another 5 to make goal. Wearing a nice size 6 or 8...and enjoying the new wardrobe I've had to purchase....LOL.

IMHO, your doc did the best thing possible for you by downloading MFP! It really doesn't matter what you eat as long as you stay within your recommended calorie goals. Did your doc recommend a calorie limit? If not, plan on 1200 regardless of your exercise. Exercise is equally important, so don't forget to get moving.
