I'm currently on Nutrisystem and have had success. I buy the Costco giftcards for 60 dollars worth 100. So I basically get a month and half of food for 179 dollars, this is breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. If you were to tally up a grocery bill, i'm pretty sure you would pay more than that. Any farm raised fish is gross/or animal. That's why I love me some Wild Salmon, easier to get here in the Pacific Northwest.

I take syntrax nectar, some flavors contain it and some don't. I'm sure you can find it in a health food store and can get more information from them as well.

Hey! Keep going. I use to be a weight-loss consultant. Almost, everyone eventually hits a plateau. Maybe eating some foods that are more water based. Strawberries, Watermelon, Cucumbers, with a few tablespoons of cool whip, mrs, dash. Your body has to adjust, you will get to losing weight again!
