You can feel free to look at my diary...I try to stay around 1500 a day. It is hard, but it CAN be done! I read the labels on everything at the store before I buy it and compare items to find the one with the least amount of sodium. I cook a lot of my own stuff, especially stuff like soups and tomato sauces, that way I can…

Mine was up a little today...but I had more sodium yesterday than usual, so I will check it again tomorrow. But I won't post any losses until next Monday ;) I'm guzzling the water today to flush out all the sodium.

I eat some full fat dairy. I prefer skim milk to whole milk, but only because I now find that whole milk is just too 'rich' for me. But I usually eat full fat cheese. I try to keep my sodium low and have found that reduced fat cheese usually has higher sodium than full fat. So I usually try and find the one with the lowest…

I think I am number 28... lol My father survived colon cancer so I totally support this! I had one a few years ago (precautionary because of my dad's history) when a Dr. was trying to diagnose an issue I was having (turned out to be gallstones). I don't need another colonoscopy for several years, but I will definitely get…

LOL!! My sister and I STILL quote this same commercial all the time!! Too funny! One that came to my mind is the old Reese's Peanut Butter Cup one with the girl on roller skates (the old kind, not in line ones lol) and she bumps into her brother or something and he says "Your chocolate is in my peanut butter" and then she…

I love eggs too, and often crave scrambled eggs after a hard workout. This is one of my favorite egg recipes... you don't really taste the egg, it just blends in so nicely with the other ingredients that you don't need a sauce! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/03/asparagus-and-poached-eggs-over-pasta.html
