Hi everyone... I think I'm doing good this week... I'm not big on sodium so it's not to hard for me.. :) I did a crazy workout yesterday at the gym, ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes then did 30 minutes of strenght then went on the bike for 25 minutes :) went home and had a nice long hot bath :) Just had subway for lunch…
