Monday, Wednesday & Friday I swim for an hour. Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays I do JIllian Michaels 30 day shred & Saturday is my off day =)

it took me about 10lbs before anyone noticed, which is what im at now & it took me about a month & a half to lose that.

I just had a baby 6 months ago & im 7lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight. Although I too have stretch marks & im told they never go away, they just fade eventually. thank you everyone, losing weight is not easy. I am going to set a goal to only weigh myself once a week as hard as it is going to be. & i didnt really think about the bad calories i just thought as long as i was under my goal i would be okay, but that is not the case so its healthy eating for me from now on.

im in, i ordered the dvd so i should get it any day now. ive been doing the first workout on demand & it sure works up a sweat & after a few days my legs are killing me.
