Thank you so much. I really needed to hear this. I not only want to lose weight, I want to be healthier as well. I will make the change. I have made consistent exercise a part of my life, I will now make healthier food choices as well. Thanks again. You are not being mean, just honest. I need that.

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. Thats a great way to look at it when one reaches a plateau at least there wasnt a weight gain. I will take everything in stride thanks a lot feeling better already.

Yeah you are right I tend to do that its because of my work schedule. I work over night from there I go straight to the gym, get home, eat something and then I sleep for a few hours hence no time to eat. I will definitely try to eat more balanced and frequent meals. Thank you.

Im actually not weighing the food. I look at the mfp values and use those. As for the calories burned, when I use the machines and input weight, age and time, after the exercise is complete, it gives you the amount of calories burned. Actually mfp gives more calories burned for the exercise however I use the value from the…

Yes you are right I dont have a scale to actually weigh the food thats why I eat a lot of pre -packaged food with the calories already calculated. I will invest in the food scale. Thank you.

Hello I'm happy I came across your success story. I have been hung up on how slowly the Weight is coming off. When I looked at your week to week account of your weight loss, I now realize that it is ok to lose the 1 or 2lbs per week. It will eventually come off. Thank you for sharing this. Thanks for the advice. I will drink more plain water, however water tends to bloat me terribly and I think it makes me gain weight.

Can you give me some advice. O 4/9/13 I weighed 363lbs. I started going to the gym and stopped drinking soda on this same day. I dont eat fast food any more. I have dropped 30 lbs to this day. I just feel with all the exercises and food sacrificing im doing, I should have lost more. What am I doing wrong?
