In that picture I weighed 298 and at the time of writing the post I had just hit 296 which meant I had officially lost over 100lbs. Does that help?

Thanks to everyone for all your encouragement and compliments, WOW, I'm all flustered and grinning! It's from Torrid! I got it a couple weeks ago, so they might still have it. If I remember correctly there was a white and blue version as well. It's super comfy in all the heat.

I have a really simple recipe I first used at Thanksgiving, that everyone loved. Preheat the oven (or toaster oven, even) to 475F. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Drizzle lightly in olive oil and mix to coat. Then sprinkle with rosemary, lightly salt and pepper. Bake for ten minutes on EACH side (20 mins total), and voila!

Well I'm not a stay at home mom, or a mom at all, but I do have 100+ lbs to lose, and I'd love to be friends and help motivate each other!

Skinny Cow's Pink Velvet Truffle bars. 100 calories, absolutely DIVINE. Also, Phillyswirl's popsicles. Only 48 calories each, but so yummy.

I'm a nerd of the Whovian/Browncoat/Potterhead (and more) variety, so I'd love to make friends with anyone interested in those things! :) Add me!

I love reading! Right now most of my reading is for my SciFi class; just finished War of the Worlds, and now I'm reading "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley (not a fan so far, blech). But I also have the new Jack Reacher novel (by Lee Child) next to me, for some nice action distraction.

Feel free to add me! I have 100+ I want to lose, currently I've lost 30! :)

Really having fun experimenting in my kitchen lately! Pan-seared chicken with tomato/basil 'relish'. Grilled lemon garlic herb pork chops with bell peppers and greenbeans.

Everything looks so delicious!

BSB! (Although I was a big NKOTB fan before them.) I was just talking to a friend the other day about how anyone from that generation knows you HAD to have a favorite.
