i made semifreddo today and it was so good. poured vanilla bean and rum semifreddo it into a springform pan on top of a chocolate pecan crust, swirled homemade caramel and pecans through it, and topped with chocolate drizzle and more pecans.

ridiculous bowl (it's a mixing bowl size!) of cottage protein sludge whipped with strawberries and raspberries that needed to be used asap. topped it off with 2 scoops of coconut ice cream, salty almonds and shredded coconut. take that, macros!

fruit yogurt toss up again, with an added golden kiwi this time!
very very light lunch one day after satisfying post workout protein shake. four steamed siumais with chilli sauce, and jhalf a mashed pumpkin.
baked KERF banana oatmeal again, this time with one sliced strawberry and jam for breakfast.
had this for dinner one night cause i couldn't be bothered to cook. one apple, one white peach and one orange.
butterscotch cake!
