I use to come home from work and shove so much junk down my throat and I would still be hungry. Now I don't feel ravenous since I gave up all sugar and bad carbs. I'm a meat and veg gal now with some fruit occasionally. It was difficult at times the first week with cravings but they are gone now

I make low carb lemon bars - 1 package of sugar free lemon jello, 2 blocks of cream cheese softened, 1 cup of boiling water; Mix with hand blender and pour in 8X8 pan and refridgerate.

Go to bodybuilding.com. Click on Forums, then Nutrition, then Keto. Keto is a very regular diet of many bodybuilders. You won't smell like cat pee and you will not destroy your body.

I lift heavy - and love it. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I'm no expert but bodybuilders that want to lose weight but not muscle generally follow a ketogenic diet. Basically they eat an Atkins type diet Sunday thru Friday afternoon. They then eat carbs Friday nite thru Sat midnight. They also lift 4 days a week.

Good Job!

There is one with chocolate that is really good on a low cal English muffin. I also add to protein shakes since it is high in protein and low in fat.
