That you everyone for your replies I'm learning loads! I'll take a look at my diet and food intake and work on that before looking into exercises, you have all been really helpful!

I was always told to join a gym even by doctors! I'll still go to make sure I don't have loose skin and to keep in shape and just concentrate on my calorie intake, atm I'm consuming 1200 calories a day which is mostly fruit and veg all morning/afternoon and one healthy main meal in the evening.

Thank you for the replies! I'm going to try eat my dinner later as I tend to have my last meal at 18.30 so I shall try eating it at around 20.00 and hopefully it will work!

I'm 5'1 and starting weight was 214 my goal weight is 126 so I have a long way to go!

I'm the same! My first month has been 11 pounds lost and now nothing or maybe a pound or two. I'm thinking of doing more exercise as I do a workout dvd twice a week I might increase it to four times a week and see if it works Jess x

Thanks for the reply, I've saved 500 calories for tonight as I'm not a big drinking, I shall stick to vodka and diet coke I think and try to only have around 4-5, thanks again great replys!

Thanks for the feedback! I think I shall stick to normal food but count the calories and control what I'm eating, Slim Fast has been good but I have noticed some changes in my body that I'm not keen on! Thanks again! x
