Thanks for such an inspirational post! I am one who wants the "fast answer" to weight loss, even though it took me 15 years to put it all on. I am learning as I get older that slow and steady wins the race. I will refer to this post often to motivate me to keep going.

I have Wii Fit Plus and Wii Sports. Hopefully I'll do better this month than Feb. It's the only thing I have time for without missing out on the little time I get each night with my kids, so I'm determined to make it work!

This is by far my worst time of the day. I can plan and bring what I need to eat at work and even eat ok at dinner. It's the 8-11 time period that kills me. I don't get home until 6:30 and we usually don't eat dinner until between 7-7:30. I should be fine, but the "salt/sugar exchange" comes on about 9ish. I like the idea…

I did my first 30 minutes using Wii Fit Plus! I did 31 min and burned 230 cal. I'm not sure if that's good, but I tried to do mostly aerobics. The rhythm boxing was fun and my arms are sore. I did a two basic runs too with a hula hoop session. I have to convince my kids that I need to get 30 min in without interruption.…

I would love to join the Wii Fit Plus group! We got the balance board for a family Christmas gift, but its taken me awhile to get up the courage to use it. When I did, it was really fun. I'm planning to use it 3-5 times a week, starting out at 20-30 min. Wish me luck!!
