I would definantly say you made the right choice. People like that often put on a show to make it look like they have changed, but he showed you yesterday by calling you fat and ugly that he has not. I am happy to see you have stayed stronge through this and hopefully you will continue to do the same. I know how hard it is…

ok so I am sure you are not going to want to hear this... but the best way to lose weight and keep it off is the slow and steady way. I know how you feel if I could just twinkle my nose and say fat be gone it would be. If you just eat right and exercise the weight will come off. I do think a detox would be good for you…

I know exactually how u feel. I have people notice I have lost weight but when I look in the mirror I still see someone I do not like. I know one day I will and that is what keeps me going. I am someone who is osessed will the scale and I know I weigh myself at least two times a day.

I am not sure what would cause this. but maybe I can help a little. they sell pads that women put in there bras when they are brest feeding to keep from leaking. maybe you can try these. I would still go see a dr. about it.

gardening and houswork both burn calories.

when people are not feeling so well they can follow the "brat diet"... Bananas, rice,applesauce,toast. I hope you feel better!

Remember this is not a DIET this is a change in life. I have bad days too and I am sure most of us do. Just remember tomorrow is a new day and you can do this. I beat myself up at times too but then I realize that my life is not over and I am not perfect. Best of luck to u!

I have just started using it and I love it. I also walk and do a stationary bike for cardio and I also do weight training. I feel like I get a great workout from it.

I would suggest more fruit and veggies... you have exercised a lot and need to make up some calories and those would be the most benificial...

You may be doing over kill... try working out 5 days a week and having two days off..
