Keaira Lashae her workout videos are fun. They are dance workouts but you definetly work up a sweat. She has her own fitness channel superherofitness and she did some videos with BeFit.

I use ACV when my stomach feels acidic. Like when I drink too much coffee. I pour a little in a class of water. It takes some getting use to though. The first time I drank it, it was horrible, but I just sipped it. It works trust me. I also use it to wash my hair.

Yes, you gotta work with what you have. I do bodyweight exercises and workout dvds and they work for me.

Great job. and for an arm workout you could try to use a kettlebell. Since I started doing workouts that use them I noticed my arms are a tiny bit less jiggly.

I had 4 teeth removed at the same time all I ate for a week was apple sauce, yogurt and Ice cream. Probably not the healthiest but yeah.

I dont get hungry either and if I do force myself to eat I get sick. I try to take midol and drink a glass of ginger ale and then I drink/eat light things like soup and porridge and lots and lots of tea.

Its all about confidence. Guys that are jerks are confident or act like they're confident. no girl wants to date someone who is insecure, especially when they themselves are probably insecure. Its either that or they think that they can't do better.

For pants I'd sugesst debbs, lane bryant. Im a 38 G and I purchased my sports bra online (amazon) it was a bit pricey but that the only place I was able to find a sports bra in my size.
