Who said it's too much??? The only limitations (I feel) are the ones you put on yourself. If you want to run + T25 + soccer, go for it! I would say the only thing you should concern yourself with is if you burn yourself out. But if you can do it - if you have the energy for all of it, why not??? Good luck!

Hey Monnix, no worries! I'm mostly with the modifier too and once upon a time, I was in pretty decent shape. I'm sure we're gonna get better and we'll be able to do the "regular" moves! Just keep it up!!!

Hey Polywoggs! It's tough to guess how many calories an individual burns, because it's all dependent on your own body... For me, I burn about 250-300 calories doing the T25 (I've only done the 1st three so far.) My running partner and I would run and wear HRMs... she weighed more than I did and would always burn more…

Indeed! Yeah, my macros usually DO end up balancing out throughout the day, though, like I said, I'm usually low on fat in general. I just ran to the grocery store to get my greens for lunch and I opted for bagel thins + a natural peanut butter. We'll see how this works out! Thanks!

I'd rather add the calories in the morning than at dinner, as dinner tends to be heavier than any other meal. I eat all day, so it's not even a matter of being hungry at any particular point.
