I hear yah about the sugar cravings! I use to eat candy bars like no other. Whenever I feel the need for sugar I have some dark chocolate. I really enjoy steel cut oats with an apple and cinnamon. If I'm still a little hungry I'll eat a hard boiled egg white.

I'm not sure if these bars would be substantial enough as compared to an entire meal, but I love Larabars and Kind bars. Larabar have maybe 5 ingredients in them and that goes for kind bars as well. My favorite is the cherry larabar and the apricot coconut kind bar. :)
