I have a protein smoothie almost every morning, so addicted to them. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk, frozen fruit, and vanilla protein powder. I like the frozen fruit mixes that have banana as they seem to thicken it up. Might as well get some protein in for breakfast!

I do an "official" weigh in for MFP on Friday morning...but weigh myself every morning and put it into the Monitor Your Weight App. I like to see the fluctuations on the graph and the patterns of my gains and losses. Sunday is a great day to weigh in because it keeps you motivated and aware all weekend!

Seems to me that maintenance is just more of the same...being accountable. I think if we were all able to eat whatever we want, we wouldn't be here! It's amazing how tracking all you eat seems like such a chore, but once you get a day or two under your belt, it really is so easy to eat well. I get motivation from that -…

I buy the pineapple cottage cheese, use 1/2 a cup of that - throw in a small container of fruit cocktail (with cherries) and walnuts on top! Love it that way!

Basically, instead of having 1200 calories every day of the week, you vary the amount of calories you consume each day. For instance, Monday - 1200, Tuesday 1000, Wed 1400...basically have one super-low day each…

I buy the frozen Weight Watcher Fettucine w/ broccoli and add a can of tuna to that...tuna casserole!
