If anyone would like to add me I am always looking for new friends and I try to motivate every night before I sleep for the night. I will be 16 next Wednesday and I have love handles to lose for my wedding in October.....so I can wear a two piece on our honeymoon :-)

Is the Indian food helping you pack on the pounds? I give you props....yellow banana peppers is the closest I can come to eating food with a zap, which is not much :-)

When you click on add exercise, at the bottom of the next page there will be a link for "would you like to add exercise" you can then type in your new exercise. Does this make any sense?

I got the Nike Training Kinect for Christmas. I Love it! It starts out with entering in your weight, height and gender. You then choose if you would like to build muscle, tone or lose fat. Most of the time I just go for a walk or do some kind of exercise. Sometimes the craving is still there but I have also learned that sometimes when I give in, after I feel like it wasn't worth it. Sometimes I just can't help but give in, I am human :-) lol
