I'm planning on a cheat meal. Not the whole day anyway. I will not allow left overs in my house. I will mindfully eat and log everything. It is what it is.

Someone might have already said this but it's simple. Wrap your head around the fact that you will need 5 lbs for fluctuation. Give your self a safe zone window of lbs. you know what to do to get if off if need be.

Yes I'm a realtor. Driving from one place to another on the daily. i refuse to use a homeowners bathroom while showing homes so it makes it a little tough on occasion. I keep water with me but the more I drink the more thirsty I am. I just go to the bathroom a lot. It's not convenient and it sometimes makes me a little…

It's not a cheat, it is in fact a treat. I allowed myself a treat last night .. A Caesar salad and steak at outback. Occasionally I will be in a social situation where “my" foods won't be available. Therefore I can allow a controlled portion of a treat and not beat myself up over a “cheat" ...... I'm a really honest person…

Thank you! I move it out of the bathroom daily to make sure it stays dry. 3 times on in the morning gives me 3 different readings! I'm moving it to the concrete floor in the basement and keeping it there! Thank you again! Hope this solves the up/ down issue!!

I noticed you said "don't feel like cooking"... It happens to me once in a while when work is busy! I eat a Smart One from the freezer to microwave with a piece of multi grain bread and a table spoon of butter and finish with a pudding cup. It's really not that bad tasting and its ready to eat in 5 min. Just don't use them…

Honestly I know how you feel. Now I keep a serving (14) baby carrots with me as my tummy growling snack. I'm searching for more ideas to help with in between meal snacks. I have stopped quickly into the produce section to grab fresh veggies on the run when I didn't have anything. It was fast, easy, and cheap on my wallet…
