  • My go to is Under Armour...I don't remember the name of it, but it zips in the front and the back straps criss-cross, which provides more support. I LOVE this bra!
  • My overall energy level is great during workouts and I never have trouble sleeping. It normally takes 1-2 days for me to recover from a workout (we workout 3 x week). My weightloss has slacked off...definitely not losing 1 lb per week. I've lost 4.5 lbs in 6 weeks. I had tried IIFYM for about a week and was eating much…
  • Wow! According to that calculation, my TDEE is 2298! If I use that less 10%, that's still eating 2000 calories. That's a big adjustment from what I'm used to consuming. Thanks for your help!
  • Thanks for your input! I still have some weight to lose. I'm 5'3 and weigh 139...my goal is 120. I will up my calories and see how that goes.
  • bumping for future reference!

  • Skinny Loaded Turkey Nachos...here is the link: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/05/skinny-nachos-with-turkey-beans-and.html#more We just had these last night and my family loves them! I used FF refried beans instead of black beans, but oh so yummy! There are several other turkey recipes you can browse through on…
  • My go-to "healthy" websites are: www.skinnytaste.com www.dashingdish.com www.melskitchencafe.com I get the majority of my recipes from these 3 sites. Mels doesn't have the nutritional info, but most of her recipes are figure-friendly and soooo good. Dashing Dish rocks my world, she gives nutritional info plus WW points!!!…
  • I'd be interested to know this, too. I'm on day 10 of 30 DS and have just been logging that workout as "circuit training." It's normally around 165 calories. However...I just received my Polar FT7 in the mail today, so I'm anxious to see what it says my calorie burn actually is! Good Question!!!!
  • I just found this support group and am stoked!!! I'm on W5/D3 and have to admit that I couldn't do it without stopping. I took a two quick breaks during the 20 minute trek. I was really looking forward to this run since I had completed W5/D1 & 2 with no problems. UGH....so frustrated! Maybe it's because I woke up on…
  • wow....you had me at peanut butter! Definitely on the to-do list!
  • I'm on week 5 of C25K and run outside, so I don't have the luxury of a treadmill calorie counter. I just add up total minutes walked and ran and log them separately. I just hit the 10 lbs lost mark, so I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and purchase a HRM. Good luck to you!!!
  • I have noticed some change and my husband definitely has. I guess my main problem is that I've always been a numbers girl. Always wanting the scale to change and my clothes size to drop. My husband says I'm being too hard on myself, and I know that he's right. I know that I'm on the right track, I just have to keep on…
  • Well....looks like I'm in! I'm 5 ft 2 and weigh 143.5. My starting weight on MFP was 152 and my Goal weight is 120. I feel like I've already hit a plateau. I've been at the same weight for the past 3 weeks...UGH!! I'm doing JM 30 Day Shred and am on Week 5 of C25K. Maybe the push I need is a little motivation from folks in…
