I have Zumba Fitness and Zumba fitness Rush, I have to say that Rush was a hell of an improvement, and I'm currently challenging myself to do a 60+ Min class a day for an entire 30 days. So far (as of today) I have completed day 9.

I'm 5'5 with a starting weight of 232, feel free to add me!

I've had Zumba Fitness for the kinect since Christmas, and today I bought the new one for the Kinect, Zumba Rush! That thing is more intense than the first one! And I love it, I have a bad heel but I plan to push through it, and do zumba every day!

I found this website, it kind goes on a general metabolic rate for different weights. I think it's pretty accurate. But a heart rate monitor is always best, since I don't have one this works :) http://www.zumbacalories.com/

I LOVE Zumba! I have it for the Kinect, in fact I just finished a class in the game! It is definitely worth it, and so much fun! You forget you're even exercising!

SW: 232 CW: 226 GW: 150 I know it will take a while, but I hope that at this rate, I'll be there by September maybe?

Its not a pill, and okay maybe not specifically there but it does prevent your body from just storing fat.

I'm taking this supplement, that is supposed to keep me from storing fat specifically in that area. It's called D-Fine. So far I see no change there, but then again it's only week 2

I have it for the Xbox, the kinect doesn't always accurately track your movements because it's just a sensor. You can just try to do your best at maintaining the beat and rhythm and it tends to be right on track. It's a really good work out and your sweating in just minutes.

San Rafael, North Bay area :D

I have the Zumba game for the kinect, it kind of does the same thing. I just try to do my best and keep up a bit. I break a sweat and get to laugh a bit at my stumbles. Since the games use specific sensors, they can't follow every EXACT move. You're probably doing fine! The game just doesn't get it. lol
