    Reached my goal weight as of 1/1/12... But haven't switched to maintenance yet... Bc I'm figuring, if I get down to 130, then I'll have a goal weight range of 130-135, instead of being stuck at one single number... We'll see what happens!

    I will like to congratulate everyone that has post something.. is nice to see these many people trying to get healthy and feel better with themselves. If they are trying to loss or gain it is an important goal, and I hope everyone gets there. I been trying to get to my ideal weight since this new year. To be honest I'm having a hard time, but this program is helping me... I pretend that the calories is money... and try not to spend more that what I have... jijiji.. It might sound ridiculous but it does help. I'm not losing weight as fast as I wish but I believe that by July I'm be able to get to my goal weight.

    I'm also 5'2", so once I get under 200, I really want to work on reconstructing my body composition. Since I'm short, you can easily tell if I gain or lost weight; I'm getting sorta athletic, so I would love to have that for my rest of my life. lol

    Since I started seriously in October 2011. I have lost 17 lbs. I would love to be under 200 by April 2012.
