I will probably lower that goal weight to even 125 if I am not satisfied with how I look/feel once I reach the 135 mark! Can't wait to reach it!!
  • unfortunately right now I'm 310 lbs..
my goal weight is 160 lb
    I'm 5'1"
  • I don't have a goal weight. Let me explain: by the time I finished high school, I was 160 and a size 10. I think I looked weird because my face and head shape hasn't changed with the exception of the chin and cheek area - I can still wear a fitted ball cap that I bought in high school (boyfriend was a baseball player).

That being said, I'm currently 260 and a size 20/22. My goal is to be able to run without immediate shortness of breath and be off of my blood pressure medication. Once that goal is reached, I will continue to maintain it, number on the scale or trouser size be damned.

I've also set smaller rewards - 225 and I get a purse I've been lusting after; 200 and I get my nose pierced; hitting my goal gets me my first ink.

Happy with all the lost inches, but ready to lose more weight!
  • I keep going back and forth with my goal weight so I assume it's somewhere between 135-145 with a 26inch waist.

My real goal is to become a pescatarian =)
  • i'm 188lbs and my goal is to get down to 140, so about 3 stone. Preferably more! And im 5"8 :)

Thing is, I've been going to the gym a lot, and ive cut out bread, pasta, rice, crisps, chocolate, cheese etc and am only really eating fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, and crackers. Yet not only have i lost NO weight since doing this, but ive PUT ON 2lbs!!

    Anyone have any idea why??

    I'm 22. 5'6

    My Starting Weight was 220
    Current Weight is 201
    Goal Weight is 150

I swear though, once I get to 195, I'll cry of happiness, haha. I haven't been under 200 in about 4 years. :/ It just slowly started climbing up and this past summer, I was at my highest. Once I moved, it started coming down and since I've started really watching what I eat and exercising consistently, it's coming off and I'm so happy. It's just motivating me to keep on going. :D

Me too! As long as you're fairly small-framed and not too chesty, I think it's a really healthy weight. Although, I'd be ok with 118 too. :)
