I really don't know what my goal weight is. I was wondering if anybody could help me out with this?

    Age: 18
    Height: 169cm (5"7/5"6)
    Weight: 101.9kg (224lbs)
    Goal Weight: 59kg (130lbs)

    Does that seem reasonable?

I think you'll find that you would be too thin and not healthy looking at that rate.... I'm thinking 140-145 lbs would look better on you for your height,

for example I'm going with 136 as my minimum with an average frame @ 5'5 but I will be happy if I am within ten pounds and toned.

    36 year old female. I'm 5 foot 6.

    SW: 287
    CW: 166
    GW: 140-150

I've been stock at 166 or around this weight since October. I'm not upset about it or complaining. I saw 157 in May of last year, but I gained some back. I know why, so I'm working on it. I'll get there. We all will.

My starting weight (January 13th 2012) :168 lb
    My current weight: 160 lb
    My goal: 150 lb

Though, I may change my goal to 145 once I reach 150.

    And, I'm 23 years old; female and 5'7 1/2.

I think having little goals is smart. It makes it more attainable.
