You're working out and starving so that tells me one thing: You need to eat more. Especially if you're going hard in your workouts. You've probably hit the plateau where your body is clinging to every morsel and while it doesn't make sense, your body will either turn that into extra weight, whether fat, muscle or water…

I just adjusted recently and I too am exhausted!!! :) I'm just assuming it's because my body is getting use to waking up an hour earlier than I normally would to go hard core within 10 minutes!

Even with a heart rate monitor, the max I've done is 722 or around that? I average 300-500 a day depending on the workout. 1,000 calorie workouts are just not practical for me, every day. I only have like a pound or two to lose around the belly left so it's a bit impractical for me. I don't like working out for over an…

I actually had some pretty good results with the Fitness Blender (Youtube channel) 100 reps squat challenge :)

When I use to do lots of cardio, fat loss was much faster but cardio isn't my focus anymore so the pace of fatloss around my belly is much…

Do any of you ladies have desk jobs like I do? If so, is the struggle harder to eat more? I'd like to follow you if you are in a similar situation as I am. I use to work retail & not sedentary but I've picked up a new job which has given me a few struggles. Just looking for girls who lift in the same position as I am.

Mine is honestly a constant battle to eat the right foods and maintain exercising. I'm not one to be set & go. I struggle all the time.

I have a "success" story (as I'm still on my journey) and would love to post here but I'm kind of small framed so I don't want to give anyone any false hopes or bad thoughts. My max so far has been 127 and I'm currently 114. I'm 5'3 almost 5'4 though.

I agree! I never thought about the effects of sodium but this kind of encourages me to cut it as much as possible!
