I've been eating the same thing for a very long time. I buy the multigrain English muffins and make an egg sandwich with one egg and one laughing cow cheese or lf cheese slice. When I run out of English muffins, like today, I make a 3 eggwhite omelet with avocado and cheese.

This number has changed over the years. I'm 5'4" and I used to aim for the low 120's, but now I'm quite a bit older and my goal is 133ish. I'm pretty thin or at least I feel really good at that weight. A few more would be nice. :) It's been years since I've been under 130lbs. I'm about 7 lbs. from my goal right now. I'm…

It's been 5 months since anyone replied to this post. I was a WW follower for a long time. I still like MFP better. The cost being the number one reason, but also because the database of food is excellent on MFP. Another huge plus is being able to use the mobile app. and the scan to get the calories and nutrition. I'm so…

Last night we went out for Mongolian food. This is a pretty good diet friendly way to eat out. I load up on the veggies and chicken only and add a couple scoops of teriyaki sauce. According to the data base, my meal is under 250 calories. Gosh I hope it's right. The noodles are a big "no-no." I remember when I was on WW,…

I always down ACV with water and Crystal Light or Mio. I also sometimes put it in my mint tea with Stevia.
-
Yes starting again to track my food and calories. I'm on day 4 and doing pretty well. If I can keep this up for 7 straight days, I'm on my way once again.

I drink it daily as an overall health tonic. Usually, I drink 2 tsp. to 1 tbsp. in flavored water. It has mostly helped me reduce allergy symptoms. It also helps minimize cold symptoms.

I always have some of the following: cereal, greek yogurt, almond milk, bananas, protein powder, Stevia, fruit popsicles, whole wheat English muffins, laughing cow cheese, eggs, 7% beef, red potatoes, blueberries, chicken thighs/breasts, coffee and tea. Check out skinnytaste.com for some new controlled calorie recipes and…

I like to mix it up and I stay around 300 calories or less. Today I had a very filling smoothie with almond milk, protein powder, 1/2 banana and a big handful of spinach/kale mixture. I also like turkey sandwiches on sandwich thins. I'm a fan of Miracle Whip so I measure out a couple of tsp. I also like baked chips (1…

I had to share...yesterday I put a big handful of spinach leaves in my blueberry, almond milk, protein powder drink. I blended it and I was amazed! It curbed my hunger for hours. It tasted great I promise. Try it. We'll all be better off if we add the dark greens to our smoothies. I'm buying a big bag of it today.

Work out 3-4x a wk., and track on mfp daily.

Flatten 4 oz chicken breast, dip in egg white, dust with bread crumbs, fry on med/low heat. Use a non stick spray or just wipe the pan with oil to coat. The pan has to be hot. Take your time cooking it. I cover and put on low heat. It's amazing! We like hot sauce sprinkled on top.

Breakfast for dinner tonight was delicious comfort food. We had fried eggs, thick cut bacon, diced potatoes and an English muffin. My portions were under 500 calories total.

I know someone that does her 40 min. walk in a mall before it opens to the public. The doors are open, but only a few people are there. I did it with her once and I actually worked up a sweat.

1 scoop of protein (I use Pure Protein Plus), 1 banana and 1 cup of almond milk. I drank this today for lunch.

Same here! I'm not waiting for New Years to start logging my food and sticking to a calorie goal. I started 2 days ago because I gained weight this holiday season. Pictures of me looked awful and my clothes were really tight. The eve. of the 26th, something pretty awful happened. I got food poisoning from a family…

Hamburgers made with the leanest beef I could find (7%) on a sandwich thin, onion, tomato, lc cheese and bbq sauce. Also had 1/2 cup of potato salad and 1 cup of pinto chili beans. This was a late lunch early dinner feast. Yum!!!

Yep that happened yesterday. I went way over on my calories and I felt kind of bad about it because I had been pretty diligent. It's a new day today and I'm committed to being exactly where I need to be. Just keep checking in with yourself and don't let that one day of indulgence turn into several.

Some great ideas here. I would put a homemade marinara sauce with turkey and mushrooms over sliced pan fried (olive oil) polenta. It's filling and pretty low calories. I like the breakfast idea. I think I'll do that tomorrow.

Here's one that a pilates teacher taught me for strong toned arms. In a seated position w/bent knees, put your arms behind you to support your body. Lift up using your arms to support your body and hold for the burn. Sometimes I bend them and pulsate just to get the extra burn. It works! You will feel it the next day.

I only just discovered planks a couple of years ago and I really like doing them. I'm trying to figure out which way is the best (straight arm, bend at elbow with forearm on the floor & hands clasped).

My easy go to lunches are usually a sandwich, fruit and a sometimes a bag of baked chips. Not sure what PB2 is, but I love the product Better n Peanut Butter (50 calories for 1 tbsp.). I eat pb/jam sandwiches all the time using sugar free jam and sandwich thins (160 calories total). If I add an apple and a bag of pop…

I wanted to like them. It was too good to be true. ;( The smell killed it for me and I didn't care for the taste. I prefer whole grain wheat pasta. I'm now using Polenta (tube) instead of pasta with my meat marinara sauces and that's amazing, filling and satisfying. Try it. :)

Bored with WW's online site. I stopped tracking and felt a little out of control at times. Logging food and exercise works! This site is so user friendly and gets me to exactly where I need to get quickly. The database is impressive and I've never had a problem finding something. I'm saving $18.50/month and I like counting…

Perfectly said! The site is even better than WW. The scanner on the phone app rocks! So happy I found MFP.
-
For now I like MFP better. Free is always good. I use the site to log food and exercise. That's all I used WW for and the database wasn't even that good. I use my phone app and I'm staying on track. I'm impressed with the bar code scan and what MFP offers. WW will probably lose a lot of customers.

Not sure if someone posted this one above... My favorite is called "chicken bombs" Flatten a chicken breast (pound) cut a jalapeno pepper in half and remove seeds stuff the pepper with low fat or ff cream cheese place both the pepper side by side on the flattened chicken roll it up and place one slice of bacon around the…
